Workshop fabrication of structural steelwork, ladders and walkway systems. These can be shot blasted and painted in house or galvanised by an outside local sub-contractor to our site.

Turnkey site installation, testing and setting to work of boiler plant, steel rolling mills and steel process lines, including steelwork, pipework systems, pumps, burners and all associated equipment.  This role would cover all aspects of the site management, planning, QA/QC function and the supply of a skilled workforce.

Workshop fabrication of pipe work systems to client specifications, carried out at two DSSL centres – Milford Haven and Derby.

Supply of supervisory personnel to control the on-site activities of the client’s workforce from planning stage through the installation and commissioning stages.

Workshop fabrication and testing of pipework systems in all grades of material including the shot blasting and painting to client’s specification.

Supply of skilled commissioning engineers to carry out the start-up and commissioning of boiler/steel plants either to the clients procedure or to contract specification procedures produced in house. Our areas of experience cover mechanics, electrical and instrumentation works.

Working in partnership with a specialist cleaning company we can supply a team to carry out the on-site flushing, pressure testing and acid cleaning of pipework systems including supply of all safety documentation and related method statements/ risk assessments.

De-commissioning, relocating then re-commissioning of heavy plant and machinery. Nationally and internationally.

On site repair works to boilers/steel mills and associated equipment including retro-fits and overhauls.
