Supply supervision, labour, plant and equipment to install 57T/hr boiler plant and all associated equipment for phase II Cogen Project.
1 off - Supplementary fired (Saakee Burners) Waste Heat Boiler – supplied in components and site assembled. Two Dale GT's into common boiler duct via cross over ducting and five sets of dampers. All installed and commissioned by DSSL plus total site supervision of all other sub contractors. 3 off - Supplementary and auxiliary fired (R & V Induct Burners) Waste Heat Boilers. Supplied in modules (drum & generator & combustion chamber & economiser & all ducting etc). Installed and commissioned by DSSL plus total site supervision of all other plant – supplied by them – in association with the project.3 off - HRSG’s via EGT Typhoon GT’s. 4 off - Maxicon Dual Fired Shell Boilers. Installed together with de-aerator, hotwell, demin plant and all associated pipework and pumps etc. Commissioned and handed over to Client by DSSL as part of total site management package.
Supplementary fired (Saacke Grid Burner) Waste Heat Boiler, later modified to incorporate an FD fan for combustion enhancement and partial auxiliary firing. All site erected from piece small components due to the plant being situated in an inaccessible location. All installed and commissioned by DSSL; and since has been maintained, modified and all outage work carried out by DSSL.
Turnkey installation of 60T/hr boiler plant including burners, fans, steelwork and all associated services pipework.
1 off - (Each site) dual pressure supplementary and auxiliary fired Waste Heat Boilers. R & V Induct Burners inclusive of plant gas percentage firing. DSSL took over the site construction when the main contractor failed and went into receivership. DSSL completed the site erection, commissioned; performance tested and handed over the HRSG’s to the clients.
Nine years ago DSSL were engaged to supply supervision of construction and commissioning for a thermal power station on the island of Antigua in the Caribbean. DSSL also operated the station for 6 months whilst the client got into place their people for a 2 year operation contract. At this time DSSL were engaged by the client to carry out super heater replacement on the 2 off package boilers on the Antigua Site.
Turnkey installation and testing of combined heat and power plant including associated equipment.
Complete overhaul and re-commissioning of 3 off waste heat boilers and all associated equipment.
Turnkey installation of HRSG boiler plant, steelwork etc including offloading and abnormal transportation of 800T of plant from dock to site. Plant built and ASME stamped.
Supply of site management on the automatic threading project to the 5-stand tin plate rolling mill.

Complete re-build of boiler plant in Northern Ireland, including overhaul of all valves and associated components, installation of new burner system, design, manufacture and installation of new casing system etc.

Supply of commissioning engineers for their “Waste to Energy” Project – Taiwan.
Supply of supervision, labour plant and equipment etc to carryout the refurbishment of both hot and cold rolling mills.
